It seems that IC's 702+704+706 was later replaced by IC722 (DRIVER) and IC's 703+708 was replaced by IC723 (RF), but IC602(RIPPLE) was added on SCPH-7500 series.

IC's 305(CONTROLLER)+308(SPU)+701(CD DSP) was later replaced by IC732 (CDROM CONTROLLER + CD DSP + SPU) on SCPH-7500 series.
